Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure that items are unworn, unwashed and have all the original packaging, tags included. The returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble.  Allsales items are non-refundable but can be returned for exchange or store credit.

Exchanges:

If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

Depending on your location, return parcels may take few days to be delivered to us. We’ll process your return once it has arrived at our warehouse. 

Refunds:

If you decide you don't want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and we will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you have a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@specialbrewshop.com providing uswith a photo of the damage and stating your order number. We'll make sure you are happy with your purchase!
